Planning Phase of Demolition Projects.
We work with you from the very beginning to help plan your project. We generally provide a site visit to access the demo scope of work to see what ype of equipment is needed, in Charleston and surrounding areas generally explosives arent required due to our building height restrictions. We then return to our office to work up a estimate of all involved cost. If you decide to hire us we will then enter a contract with you and if any permits are required we retain thse at this time.
Project Underway
Our demolition professionals get to work on your project and we keep you informed throughout the process. Generally we have large trucks and equipment coming into your site at this phase.
Disposal
Once the project has been demolished, we then safely and environmentally dispose of the waste. A majority of the waste is sent to Berkeley or Charleston County landfill. We recycle concrete anytime we can due to the weight of the product.
